art covers a wide spectrum of subject matter and materials. She finds
constant stimulation from the subjects surrounding her, from the Derbyshire
landscape, the sky above, or the rubbish bin. To Judith the world is so
full of intriguing and fascinating crafts and arts, that she cannot keep
her imagination and creativity at bay without strict control. Some of
her best work has been achieved by great restriction of subject and medium,
such as white on white.
